Delivery

  1. Packages are dispatched within the days mentioned, after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national and international couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
  2. Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  3. Please note: Shipping fees does not include customs duty charges that may be levied by the receiving country. The customer will have to bear these if applicable in their country.
  4. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
  5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Returns

We do not offer exchange in sizes for all items on our website as all products are made on order. Please note that the product is one of a kind and shall not be exchanged or returned at any stage. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully. 

We cannot accept any cancellations once the order is dispatched. We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped domestically or internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped. We will not entertain exchanges any later than a month for such orders. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail to teamaribo@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. No refund or return can be done in the case for return due to  color matching. 

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Refund

In case of receiving a damaged / defective product please bring into our notice by sending a mail on teamaribo@gmail.com

We will exchange the garment and send.
